Russia’s top camp specialists unite to redefine children’s summer experiences

Over 300 camp specialists from 31 Russian regions will gather in Yekaterinburg for the Fifth Anniversary All-Russian Forum for Children’s Camp Organizers, 'Leto – eto #proSTO'. The event aims to advance the children’s camp system through dialogue and innovation.

The forum, organized by the Sverdlovsk Regional Government, Yekaterinburg City Administration, and Ural State University, will cover four key themes: #PROLAGER, #PROSMENU, #PROKADRY, and #PRODOSUG. It will feature a packed agenda including plenary sessions, specialized workshops, master classes, panel discussions, and excursions to leading camps.

Participants will range from camp directors and educators to government officials and NGO representatives. The event seeks to foster collaboration and share best practices among camp professionals. In Sverdlovsk Oblast alone, summer camps offer diverse programs, attracting over 450,000 children by the end of the holidays. Similar camp opportunities are planned for the winter break.

The 'Leto – eto #proSTO' forum will take place at the Youth Palace and Yekaterinburg Congress Hotel, providing a platform for camp specialists to exchange ideas and drive progress in the children’s camp system. The initiative is supported by the Sverdlovsk Oblast Ministry of Education and the Regional Center for Coordinating Children’s Recreation and Wellness Programs.
