Russia's Profrazvitie Expands With 2026 Youth Forum Internships Across Key Sectors

More than 200,000 people have taken part in the Profrazvitie project, a scheme connecting young professionals with leading Russian companies. Now, the initiative has expanded to include internships at five major youth forums for summer 2026. Successful applicants will gain practical experience in fields ranging from media design to environmental education.

The new internships are available at the Rostov, Volga, Istoki, Sheregesh, and Ecosystem forums, as well as the Don Youth Stanitsa Agrarian Leadership Center. Each programme offers different durations, with some lasting one month and others extending up to three. Certain roles, such as coordinator positions at the Sheregesh Forum, also allow for remote or hybrid work.

The *Volga Forum* is offering a design internship focused on media development. Meanwhile, the *Ecosystem Forum* will host in-person placements in Kamchatka Krai, centred on environmental education. The *Istoki Forum* provides multiple tracks, each lasting up to a month. Applications are currently open on the *Rosmolodezh.Forum* digital platform. The scheme aims to help young specialists build in-demand skills while working in professional settings.

One in four applicants to the Profrazvitie project has already secured an internship with a top Russian organisation. The latest expansion to youth forums gives participants more ways to gain real-world experience. Successful candidates will join programmes tailored to their career goals, with options for both on-site and flexible working.
