A high school senior from Shymkent has received an extraordinary 118 university offers from around the world. Jeanerke Zhunisali’s academic achievements have earned her scholarships and financial aid totalling hundreds of thousands of dollars from institutions in the US, Canada, and Germany. Zhunisali’s impressive application stood out to universities globally. In the US alone, she secured offers from the College of Wooster ($172,000), Xavier University ($144,000), Whittier College ($144,000), Hope College ($140,000), and Bradley University ($112,000). These institutions recognised her potential with substantial financial support.
Beyond the US, Toronto Metropolitan University in Canada provided a scholarship worth CAD 80,000. In Germany, Constructor University extended an offer of €32,000. Her English proficiency, demonstrated by a 6.5 score on the IELTS exam, likely contributed to her wide appeal among international universities. The sheer number of offers highlights her exceptional academic record.
