Madhya Pradesh University launches online portal for thesis submissions by May 15

Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University in Jabalpur has switched to a new online portal for thesis submissions. The change replaces the old email-based system and introduces stricter checks for originality. Students now have until May 15 to upload their work. The university has rolled out the portal to streamline submissions and reduce paper use. It also includes plagiarism detection to ensure academic integrity. All students in MD, MS, and MDS programmes for the 2023-24 session must use this system.

Before uploading, students need to pay a fee of Rs 2,000. They must also attach a signed certificate confirming their thesis is original. The previous method of submitting theses via email has been completely phased out.

The deadline for submissions remains fixed at May 15. University officials have stressed that no extensions will be granted beyond this date. The shift to a portal-based system aims to make thesis submissions more efficient and secure. Students now face a clear deadline and stricter originality requirements. Those who miss the May 15 cutoff will not be able to submit their work.
