Avito Launches One-Year Bootcamp to Train Future Data Analysts

Avito has opened applications for its Avito Analyst Bootcamp, a one-year internship designed to train specialists in product analytics and business intelligence. The programme offers participants the chance to work on real-world challenges while developing skills in big data. Tatyana Semina, head of youth engagement at Avito, highlighted the importance of analytics in shaping product development and business strategies. The bootcamp is open to students in their second to fourth year of a bachelor’s degree, first or second year of a master’s, or third to fifth year of a specialist programme. Graduates with a technical, mathematical, or IT-related degree can also apply. Candidates must have a basic understanding of SQL and Python to qualify.

Successful applicants will commit to at least 30 hours per week, with the option to work remotely or from one of Avito’s five offices. The programme provides structured growth, including hands-on experience, mentor guidance, and access to a professional community. By the end of the year, participants can expect to reach the skill level of a mid-level specialist in product analytics or BI development. Applications will remain open until June 4.

The bootcamp aims to equip participants with practical experience and industry-relevant skills. Those who complete the programme will have worked alongside Avito’s teams on real projects. The initiative reflects the company’s focus on nurturing talent in data-driven decision-making.
