Thane's Sragvi Barve aces SSC Class 10 with a perfect score
Sragvi Barve from Thane has achieved a perfect score in the SSC Class 10 exams. The Maharashtra State Board released the results on Tuesday, placing her among the top five students in the Mumbai division. Her success has drawn attention across the state as a standout academic achievement. Barve’s daily routine included about one and a half hours of self-study at home after school. Though she did not own a personal mobile phone, she occasionally engaged with social media during her preparation. Her mother, Shreya Barve, encouraged consistent study without imposing excessive pressure.
The exams brought stress, but Barve relied on her parents and friends to manage anxiety. Beyond academics, she is a trained classical musician and reached the finals of Suranjan Passion 2025 in Thane. Her school principal, Asmita Mohile, credited the result to Barve’s dedication, teacher support, and a strong personal network.
Looking ahead, Barve aims to become an ophthalmologist. She has already begun integrated coaching in Thane to prepare for NEET, the medical entrance exam. Barve’s perfect score has made her a recognised name in Maharashtra’s education scene. With her sights set on medicine, she continues to balance academic rigour and extracurricular passions. Her disciplined approach and support system have laid a strong foundation for her future goals.
