A professional training seminar for military psychologists from the "Batys" Regional Command of Kazakhstan's National Guard took place in Aktobe, bringing together specialists from Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Zhanaozen, and Oral. The three-day event was hosted by Aktobe's K. Zhubanov Regional University, reports Liter.kz.

The seminar aimed to enhance the professional competence of military psychologists, develop their practical skills, and improve the system of psychological support for service members.

As part of the program, university instructors and subject-matter experts delivered a series of lectures and hands-on workshops. Particular focus was placed on assessing the psycho-emotional state of troops, providing assistance in high-stress and crisis situations, and fostering effective communication within military units.

Colonel Zhandos Kulbayev, head of the "Batys" Regional Command, emphasized that such events are a key component of systematic efforts to strengthen the personnel potential of the psychological service.

"Troops' psychological resilience directly impacts combat readiness," he noted. "That is why training and professional development for specialists remain a top priority. These seminars not only facilitate experience sharing but also introduce modern approaches into practical work."

According to organizers, such training sessions will be held regularly in the future, further improving the effectiveness of military psychologists and reinforcing the morale and psychological well-being of service members.
