As part of the model project "MuT-Partner - Strengthening digital competence for older people", low-threshold training offers in the form of Q&A sessions will take place in the municipalities of our organization in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Especially for a generation that grew up without media, using digital media is crucial for participating in society. Knowledge about the use and operation of smartphones and tablets is becoming increasingly important. However, the rapid changes and developments in devices and operating systems pose a significant challenge.

To provide the easiest possible access to an information and training offer, the department "Support in difficult life situations - Care support point Plus in our organization" will continue to offer Q&A sessions in larger shopping centers in the municipalities of the district in the fourth quarter of 2025. Seniors have the opportunity to learn more about the use of tablets, mobile phones, and their software and ask questions about their own devices.
