DPS Visakhapatnam transforms teaching with LinkedIn Learning's AfL workshop

Delhi Public School, Visakhapatnam, recently hosted a professional development session for its teaching staff. The workshop, led by LinkedIn Learning expert Mourya Viswanadha, focused on Assessment for Learning (AfL) and data-driven strategies for K-12 education. Over 150 DPS locations across India have now engaged in similar training with LinkedIn Learning as of February 2026.

The session, held in collaboration with the Department of Education, was attended by teachers from DPS Anandapuram and DPS Lawsons Bay Colony. They shared ideas and refined assessment techniques using the Think-Pair-Share method.

Beyond traditional evaluation, the workshop emphasised continuous learning and instructional improvement. Educators explored how data can help personalise teaching, better understand student needs, and guide classroom decisions.

The initiative aligns with the school's ongoing commitment to progressive, student-focused education. By fostering dialogue and peer exchange, it strengthens DPS Visakhapatnam's reputation among leading schools in the region.
