About the Role

Booksy is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join their team in the United States. This is a full-time, remote position based in the US, requiring candidates to be in a CST or EST timezone.

Key Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the US and be based in the US (no visa sponsorship provided)
  • Must be based in a CST or EST timezone in the US
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience in outbound calling to clients and helping them onboard to either an app, SaaS software or similar
  • Experience with volume of outbound calls and onboardings

Compensation

This role is non-exempt, paying the equivalent of $40,000 - $50,000 + a bonus.
