This impressive start has been recognised with the DAAD Award 2025, which she received for her outstanding academic achievements and exceptional social engagement.
Background and Academic Achievements
Born in Cameroon, Davina faced challenges such as language barriers, social difficulties, and stuttering as a teenager. However, a supportive teacher encouraged her to face challenges head-on, and this advice has proven invaluable in her journey. Davina arrived in Germany in January 2023 and has been financing her studies independently since then.
Extracurricular Activities
Davina is not just an exceptional student; she is also actively involved in various extracurricular activities. As a tutor in the field of computer science, she helps her peers master the intricacies of programming.
