The incident, shared on the r/IndianWorkplaces subreddit, went viral, with many social media users finding the company's approach amusing and advising the original poster (OP) to consider switching jobs.

According to the OP, they scored 27 out of 33 on the test, which is approximately 82%. Despite this respectable score, the company's email stated that team members scoring below 90% were required to rewrite the entire paper 50 times by hand, outside of office hours.

This extreme measure was imposed to "reinforce accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent performance," the email claimed. However, many users found the method shockingly reminiscent of school punishments rather than professional workplace norms.
