Instead, hybrid work arrangements are becoming the norm. However, challenges include maintaining company culture, facilitating effective management, handling communication gaps, and balancing collaboration with individual productivity.
Office work remains relevant for collaboration, relationship building, and roles needing in-person presence. However, fewer CEOs expect a full return to the office soon, believing hybrid is a long-term reality.
