Wiesbaden's 'Industry in the City' job fair returns for 2026 with expanded career opportunities

Wiesbaden's 'Industry in the City' job fair indeed returns for its third edition in September 2026. The event turns the city centre into a lively networking space where businesses meet future employees. Organisers hope to build on past success, with over 150 companies having taken part in previous years.

The fair runs from Monday, September 21, to Saturday, September 26, 2026. During the week, students from year 9 upwards can explore apprenticeships and career advice. On Saturday, the focus shifts to professionals looking for new opportunities.

Part of the WI WORK LIFE Industrie initiative, the event aims to showcase the industrial sector and keep talent in the region. Companies have until Wednesday, March 18, 2026, to register. Organisers need at least 15 to 20 firms to ensure the fair's success.

The event targets a wide audience, including skilled workers, young professionals, and those considering a career change. By bringing businesses into the city centre, it offers direct engagement and hands-on networking.

The job fair provides a platform for companies to connect with potential employees in a central location. Students and professionals alike will have the chance to discuss training, jobs, and career paths. Registration remains open until mid-March for businesses wanting to take part.
