Vietnam and Malaysia Publishers Forge New Ties in Education and Digital Learning
Leading educational publishers from Vietnam and Malaysia met in mid-November to explore deeper collaboration. The Vietnam Education Publishing House (VEPH) and Pelangi Publishing Group discussed joint projects in publishing, digital learning, and cultural exchange. Both sides aimed to strengthen ties in education and technology.
The meeting took place between delegations led by Nguyen Tien Thanh, VEPH’s chairman and general director, and Sum Lih Kang, Pelangi’s CEO. During the talks, Thanh outlined VEPH’s history, structure, and future development plans. Kang, in turn, presented Pelangi’s key publications and expanding digital product range.
The meeting marked a step toward closer collaboration between VEPH and Pelangi. Both publishers will now explore joint projects in digital learning, cultural exchange, and community initiatives. Further discussions are expected as they work toward participation in the 2026 International Publishing Convention.
