Bradford Peace Appointed as Director of Residence Life and Education at Park University's Parkville Campus

Bradford Peace, a seasoned professional in residence life and education, has been appointed as the director of residence life and education for Park University's Parkville Campus, effective from July 22, 2025.

Peace joins Park University after serving as a residential area coordinator at Ball State University since July 2023. Prior to this role, he held various positions at Ball State University, including residential learning coordinator, graduate coordinator for student leadership, and residential area coordinator.

Peace is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in higher education at Ball State University, with an anticipated completion date of 2027. He has also earned three master's degrees from Ball State University: a Master of Business Administration degree in finance, a Master of Arts degree in sport administration, and a Master of Arts degree in student affairs administration in higher education.

In addition to his academic achievements, Peace has received several accolades, including the Outstanding Entry-Level Professional award for Indiana from the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers in 2022 and the Outstanding Graduate Practitioner award by the same association in 2019. He was also the co-author of the Trends Article of the Year for 2021-22 by the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers.

As the director of residence life and education, Peace will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment conducive to students' academic success and well-being. He will also develop inclusive, positive residential communities that foster respect, diversity, and student engagement.

Peace will oversee residential education programs that support students' social and personal development, manage professional and student staff in residence life operations, and implement policies and procedures related to housing, student conduct, and residence life activities.

He will coordinate co-curricular programming to enhance learning outside the classroom and provide support for students' transition and adjustment to campus life. Peace will also handle budget, operations, and facilities related to residence life.

In his new role, Peace will work with faculty and staff to develop and administer high-impact programs and services for Parkville residential students. He will provide oversight of Residence Hall Council operations and graduate advisors, and supervise resident directors and resident assistants at Park University.
