Transforming Trust and Support: Reshaping Students Nationwide under Jas Leader's Guidance

The Jas Leader Program, initiated by the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in 2021, has completed its pilot phase and is now being expanded through management by leading certified local organizations in Kazakhstan. This move is designed to ensure sustainable expansion and broader reach across the country, empowering more students and teachers with essential leadership competencies.

Since its inception, the program has impacted over 41,500 students across 124 schools in 17 regions, targeting students from grades 5 through 11. It has focused on developing practical leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, confidence, and self-expression through interactive, extracurricular workshops. More than 200 teachers have also been specially trained to deliver the program’s curriculum effectively.

Each academic year culminated in the Jas Leader Forum in Almaty, where the most active participants from all regions were invited. The forum provided a platform for students to showcase their skills, share experiences, and learn from inspiring figures like Aliya Ashim, Murat Murtuganov, Randy, and Shavkat Rakhmonov, who shared their success stories with the participants.

The transfer of program management to local certified organizations is a significant step towards ensuring the program's long-term success. Ainur Karbоzova, the Director of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation, stated that the Jas Leader program has helped thousands of students develop confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.

The Jas Leader Academy platform requires users to enter an email and password for access. The password must be at least 6 characters long. The platform also features automatic location detection for comment authors.
