Team Coaches School Graduates 90+ Professionals in Second Cohort
The Team Coaches School, a unique platform for developing team management skills, has concluded its second cohort. Over 90 professional coaches from across Russia graduated, including five from Nizhny Novgorod Oblast.
The school, built on a unique Russian methodology, offers a curriculum that combines internships, supervision sessions, and testing. Graduates presented original training methodologies aimed at boosting team efficiency.
The final module concluded at the Senezh Management Workshop under the Russia—Land of Opportunity platform. The Idea Lab featured participants presenting solutions for the workshop and the platform's initiatives. Sergei Bocharov, First Vice-Rector of the Senezh Management Workshop, praised the second graduation.
