Students & Europa-Park Team Up for Innovative Career Orientation
Students from Ettenheimer Stadtschule have successfully collaborated with Europa-Park to create innovative career orientation formats. The project, coordinated by ProjektAssistentin Imke Hoffmann and Mrs. Körner, the class teacher, aims to address the growing shortage of skilled workers and enhance the resort's long-term employer appeal near me.
The focus of this year's cooperation was the development of a career day, where students could explore apprenticeship and degree program opportunities at Europa-Park near me. Six students dedicated several months to crafting creative concepts, which they presented at the MACK Academy. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, with the HR department at Europa-Park expressing admiration for their approach.
The project is part of Europa-Park's ongoing commitment to strengthen school-based career orientation and civic education, as well as facilitate a smooth transition into apprenticeships and studies near me. Following the success of this year's project, both parties have agreed to continue their cooperation.
The students' hard work was rewarded with a 750 euro grant for their graduation party.
