Currently, Milkova edits the online journal "Reading in Translation," which focuses on modern and contemporary writers in translation, including notable figures such as Natalia Ginzburg and Domenico Starnone.
In addition to her editorial role, Milkova is also an accomplished academic, teaching various courses at Oberlin College.
