Slawianska’s School No. 1 reopens after a 210-million-ruble transformation

School No. 1 in the Slawianska settlement has reopened after extensive home renovations. The project, funded by around 210 million rubles, was managed by the local municipal administration of the Khasanskiy District. The upgrades were carried out under the federal Comprehensive Rural Development program.

The school’s renovation included major repairs to the roof, entrance, walls, floors, and ceilings. Utility systems were fully replaced, and both the cafeteria and gymnasium were modernised. New teaching materials and interactive whiteboards have also been installed.

The completed renovations at School No. 1 mark a significant improvement in its facilities. Further upgrades are planned across Primorsky Krai, with additional schools and kindergartens set to benefit from ongoing funding programs. The projects aim to enhance educational infrastructure in the region.
