Samantha Addo has been called to the Bar in London, marking a significant milestone in her legal career. Her achievement follows years of education in the UK and a family legacy in law and public service. Her mother, Irene Naa Torshie Addo, has expressed immense pride in her daughter's success. Samantha Addo began her education at the Ghana International School before moving to the UK for further studies. She completed her sixth form at Cats Canterbury, a well-known independent school. Later, she pursued a law degree at the University of Birmingham, laying the foundation for her legal career.

After university, she undertook the Bar Professional Training Course. Her hard work culminated in her call to the Bar at Gray's Inn on March 24, 2026.

Her mother, Irene Naa Torshie Addo, has had a distinguished career of her own. A qualified lawyer for three decades, she was called to the Ghana Bar 30 years ago. She has also served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and, more recently, as Administrator of the District Assembly Common Fund. Samantha Addo's admission to the Bar adds to her family's legacy in law and public service. Her journey from Ghana to the UK reflects dedication and academic excellence. The achievement has brought particular joy to her mother, who has long been a figure in Ghana's legal and political spheres.
