Sakhatransneftegaz Honored as Yakutia’s Top Employer for 2025

Sakhatransneftegaz JSC has been named one of Yakutia’s top employers for 2025. The award highlights the company’s dedication to improving working conditions and supporting its workforce. Officials praised its social partnerships and employee-focused initiatives during a recent ceremony.

The recognition came at an event chaired by Georgy Stepanov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). He presented the awards to the company for its outstanding contributions. Sakhatransneftegaz won in the Heroes Among Us category, specifically for its support of veterans and participants in special military operations.

CEO Alexei Kolodeznikov later announced the results on the company’s Telegram channel. He stressed the importance of workplace safety, comfort, and strong social partnerships. The firm’s collective bargaining agreement was also singled out as one of the best in the republic. Pyotr Konstantinov, Head of HR Policy at Sakhatransneftegaz, reinforced the company’s commitment to high standards in human resources.
