С 1 января 2026 года в России вводят дополнительные меры поддержки семей с детьми
The Krasnodar region is expanding support for families with children through new financial measures and childcare improvements. In 2025, authorities allocated 45 billion rubles to assist large families, while also renovating kindergartens and introducing nursery groups to help parents return to work sooner.
Starting in 2026, Russia will roll out further support for families with children. Among the changes, low-income households will receive a 7% rebate on their 13% personal income tax. Vladimir Putin also proposed extending childcare allowances until children turn three and increasing kindergarten operating hours.
In Krasnodar Krai, regional maternity capital has been adjusted to meet growing needs. Families now receive 200,000 rubles for the birth of a second child, a figure set in 2022. From next year, the payment will be 167,000 rubles for third and subsequent children. These funds can be used for housing improvements, education, or medical rehabilitation. The region currently has 95,000 large families, raising over 305,000 children—nearly double the number from a decade ago. Putin has emphasised the importance of nursery groups in kindergartens, aiming to help mothers re-enter the workforce more easily.
The new measures will provide direct financial relief and better childcare access for families in Krasnodar Krai. With expanded kindergarten services and increased regional support, authorities aim to ease the burden on parents while encouraging population growth.
