Rastatt's Young Musicians Shine at Jugend musiziert State Finals

Three young musicians from Rastatt Municipal Music School have won prizes at the Jugend musiziert state competition, held this year in Ditzingen and Waldstetten. Pianist Louis Maximilian Paul (taught by Henrike von Heimburg) scored 22 points, earning second place in Age Group IV, while singer Adele Pape (under Lydia Eller) also took second in Age Group VI, accompanied on piano by music teacher Anna Stanimak. Percussionist Nico Busch (student of Daniel Prätzlich) achieved a first-place finish in Age Group V with a perfect score of 25 points, qualifying him for the national finals in Munich and Regensburg over Pentecost weekend.

"We are incredibly proud of Adele, Louis, and Nico and warmly congratulate them on their outstanding achievements at the state level," said Markus Bruschke, director of the music school. "We also extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated teachers, whose tireless mentorship and support made these successes possible." Bruschke sees the results as further proof of the high caliber of musical education at Rastatt Municipal Music School.
