RANEPA Launches 'Orbiting the Professional Cosmos' Career Mastery Program
A three-day intensive training program, 'Orbiting the Professional Cosmos: Mastering Your Career (Higher Education)', is set to commence at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) from October 23 to 25, 2023. Organized by the Sakhalin Region Human Capital Development Agency, the event will bring together around 120 RANEPA students to explore modern career development approaches and shape their professional trajectories.
The event will kick off with a plenary discussion titled 'Traditional Values as the Foundation of Professional Growth'. Throughout the program, participants will engage in interactive lectures and group workshops, delving into contemporary career development strategies. They will conduct self-assessments to identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and professional values. The training aims to equip attendees with career-planning tools, enabling them to create personal development profiles and receive expert guidance and methodological recommendations.
The program is organized under a tripartite cooperation agreement between the government of Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management, and the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization 'KUPNO'. It is supported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Youth Career Center and the 'Ostrova' Professional Development Center of 'Rosmolodezh.Profi'. The opening ceremony will feature speeches by key officials and educators, including Ekaterina Lebedeva, Mikhail Fomin, Igor Pantyukhin, Lev Skitnevsky, Roman Markov, Ivan Kalmykov, and Maria Samodelkina.
By the end of the three-day program, participants will gain insights into labor market trends and develop competencies for effectively navigating their professional paths. The 'Orbiting the Professional Cosmos: Mastering Your Career' training is poised to empower RANEPA students to take control of their career growth and succeed in the dynamic professional landscape.
