Puducherry’s New Conscious Management Institute Launches Industry-Focused Diplomas

The Conscious Management Institute (CMI) has launched in Puducherry with a focus on practical, industry-driven education. Founded by Veit Michaelis, the institute offers specialized diplomas in logistics, leadership, and data science. Its programs aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business needs.

The inauguration took place with Dr. Garry Jacobs, President and CEO of the World Academy of Art & Science, officially opening the institute. CMI’s courses target both graduates and students who have completed their 12th-grade education.

CMI provides three main diploma programs: a PG Diploma in Conscious Management & Leadership, a PG Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and a PG Diploma in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. Each course is structured to equip students with hands-on skills for immediate industry application.

The Logistics & Supply Chain Management program prepares graduates for careers in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and global trade. Meanwhile, the Data Science & AI course emphasizes real-world problem-solving, teaching students to apply analytics and AI tools in business settings. Veit Michaelis, the institute’s founder and managing director, has designed the curriculum to develop future leaders. The focus remains on practical knowledge, ensuring graduates enter the workforce with relevant expertise.

CMI’s new campus in Puducherry now offers diplomas tailored to emerging industry demands. Students can choose between leadership, logistics, or data science pathways, each built around real-world challenges. The institute’s collaboration with industry experts aims to produce job-ready professionals from day one.
