PTPK strengthens leadership with two new board appointments

The Skills Development Fund Corporation (PTPK) has welcomed two new board members. Datuk Seri R. Ramanan announced the appointments of Ramelle Ashram Ramli and Ahsim Jamat. Both are expected to play key roles in shaping the organisation's future direction.

Ramelle Ashram Ramli will take on a dual position as board member and deputy chairman. His background in skills training and talent development brings valuable experience to PTPK's leadership. The corporation aims to benefit from his strategic insights as it expands its initiatives.

Ahsim Jamat also joins the board, bringing expertise in human resource development. His knowledge is set to support policy planning and the rollout of training programmes tailored to industry needs. Together, the new appointees will help strengthen PTPK's mission in workforce development. The appointments come as PTPK seeks to boost access to training financing. A key goal is improving employability for graduates of technical and vocational education (TVET).
