Primorsky Krai launches first career pipeline from school to employer
A new career training programme has launched in Primorsky Krai, marking the region’s first 'School–University–Employer' partnership. FESCO Transportation Group, Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU), and School No. 11 signed the agreement to create a direct path from education to employment. Officials describe the initiative as a groundbreaking step for local vocational training.
The project will connect schools, FEFU, and major employers to offer specialised training in IT, engineering, and maritime fields. Students will gain practical experience through internships, work placements, and visits to FESCO’s facilities. The company will also provide business case studies and logistics simulations to prepare them for future roles.
The agreement focuses on training specialists for Primorsky Krai’s economy while supporting motivated students. FESCO’s involvement ensures hands-on industry experience, from internships to real-world case studies. The programme is set to begin in 2024, offering structured career paths in key regional sectors.
