Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary between 51,800€ - 72,600€, depending on relevant professional experience. Remuneration is according to the TVÖD-Sparkassen with 13.7 monthly salaries. Possible performance-related bonuses are available.
The position includes 32 days of vacation and up to 40 additional purchaseable vacation days. An employer-funded pension scheme is provided, and free account management and other attractive conditions for employees are offered. Public transport job ticket subsidies or JobRad are available.
