Phoenix Welcomes Creative Winter Workshops for All Skill Levels
A series of creative workshops is coming to Phoenix this winter, led by Crafty Chica. The sessions cover everything from chocolate box decorating to watercolour valentines. Each event is open to all skill levels and takes place at local venues.
The first workshop, Chocolate Box Makeovers, will be held on Sunday, January 25 at noon. Hosted by Amor Collective, the session costs $24.00. Participants will decorate small and medium chocolate boxes with mixed materials, craft new toppers, and write affirmation notes.
On Saturday, February 7, Changing Hands Bookstore will host the Watercolor Mixed Media Valentines workshop. For $30.00, attendees will explore watercolour techniques, paper layering, and lettering. The class includes making greeting cards and framed Valentine's Day designs.
The final event, Terra Cotta Planter and Ring Dish Workshop, takes place on Thursday, March 12. Also at Changing Hands Bookstore, this $50.00 session teaches hand-building techniques for terra cotta planters and dishes.
All three workshops are designed for beginners and experienced crafters alike. Registration is open now, with each class offering hands-on projects and take-home creations. No prior experience is required to join.
