Parents' meeting tackles teen safety from cybersecurity to crime prevention

An online parents' meeting titled Misconduct and Its Consequences will take place on March 19 at 6:00 PM. The event targets families with children aged 12 to 18 and is organised by the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Ministry of Education alongside the local centre Sfera.

The session will cover a range of safety topics. Law enforcement and emergency service representatives will address crime prevention, drug risks, road safety, and hazards near water bodies. A dedicated segment will also focus on cybersecurity, offering guidance on shielding young people from online threats and financial fraud.

Parents unable to attend live can access the broadcast or recording later. The materials will be shared in *Sfera*'s regional group via a provided link. The event aims to equip families with practical knowledge to help safeguard teenagers in everyday situations.

The meeting brings together experts to discuss critical issues affecting young people. Organisers have ensured both live and recorded access for wider participation. Further details, including the viewing link, are available through Sfera's official channels.
