OpenText Unveils MyAviator: AI for High-Stakes Workplaces

OpenText has launched MyAviator, an AI assistant built for professional workplaces. The tool was developed from Coveo’s search technology, which OpenText acquired in 2023. Unlike consumer-focused chatbots, MyAviator is designed to handle complex tasks in corporate environments while keeping data secure.

MyAviator helps workers manage heavy workloads caused by growing data volumes and tight deadlines. It can summarise long reports, prepare meeting notes, and analyse files directly—saving time for busy professionals. The system also understands natural language queries, so users don’t need technical skills to get precise results.

MyAviator is now available as part of OpenText’s platform, offering a tailored solution for knowledge workers. The assistant reduces manual effort by automating document analysis, contract reviews, and customer queries. Companies using it can maintain data control while improving efficiency in daily workflows.
