Nizhny Novgorod students compete in *Political Challenge* quiz for United Russia’s birthday
A political quiz titled Political Challenge took place in Nizhny Novgorod to celebrate the birthday of the United Russia party. The event aimed to engage young people with politics through an interactive format. Students from two local universities competed in the contest, testing their knowledge of history and governance.
The quiz brought together participants from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod and the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management under RANEPA. They answered questions about Russia’s political system, election campaigns, and the work of United Russia. Some tasks involved identifying historical figures and key events tied to the country and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The Political Challenge quiz marked United Russia’s birthday while educating young people on politics and regional history. Students left with awards and a clearer understanding of the party’s role. Organisers hope the event will encourage more youth participation in political and civic activities.
