Nizhny Novgorod Families Celebrate Diversity in New Photo Contest
The Civil Registry Office (ZAGS) of Nizhny Novgorod Region has launched a photo contest titled Family: A World of Cultural Unity. The event is part of Russia's Year of National Unity and invites families from the region to share their multicultural stories. Participants must include members of different nationalities to qualify for entry.
The contest opened on 20 March and will accept submissions until 20 July 2026. Families can enter by submitting a photograph alongside a written description of their traditions, relationships, or cultural heritage.
