NIQ Business Reflector 2026: Swiss Reputation Rankings Set to Reveal Shifts
The NIQ Business Reflector, Switzerland's premier independent reputation ranking of prominent companies and NGOs, is set to release its 20th consecutive edition in early 2026. The study, based on a nationally representative survey of 3,800 Swiss residents, will once again provide insights into the public's perception of leading organizations' reputations.
In 2025, Twint secured the top spot in the Swiss Reputation Ranking, with Zweifel closely following in second place. Ricola pushed Migros out of third place, marking a shift in the rankings. The 2026 survey, scheduled for early next year, will continue this tradition, with interested companies and NGOs able to participate for direct benchmarking against Switzerland’s top performers by registering in advance.
Rega, a prominent NGO, has maintained its dominance among NGOs, topping the list for the eighth consecutive year. The organization's consistent performance is a testament to its positive impact on Swiss society. An awards ceremony will be held on March 26, 2026, in Zurich to honor the most distinguished companies and NGOs, celebrating their exceptional reputations and contributions.
The 2026 NIQ Business Reflector promises to offer valuable insights into the public's perception of leading organizations' reputations. With Twint leading the pack in 2025 and Rega dominating the NGO sector, the upcoming rankings are anticipated to reflect the shifting landscape of Swiss organizations' reputations. Interested parties are encouraged to register by December 15, 2025, to participate in the study and benchmark their performance against Switzerland’s top performers.
