Six novices have commenced their training in Nordhorn from August 1st. The city's top brass, First Councilor Markus Schlie and Kristin Koel, the Training Representative, welcomed them formally.

In the heart of Nordhorn, the City administration welcomed six new trainees on August 1, marking the beginning of their professional journey. The trainees, Leonie Giebel, Hannah Martin, Michelle Rein, Jan Körmer, Leon van de Wiel, and Lea Becker, were introduced during a warm welcome ceremony.

First Mayor Markus Schlie and Training Officer Kristin Koel were present to welcome the new recruits. The trainees were divided into two rows, with the front row consisting of Leonie Giebel, Hannah Martin, and Michelle Rein, and the back row comprising Jan Körmer, Leon van de Wiel, and Lea Becker.

Each trainee will undergo training in various areas of the city administration. Leonie Giebel, an educator in the city, will gain experience in different departments. Similarly, Hannah Martin, a specialist for Media and Information Services, and Leon van de Wiel, a specialist for Warehouse Logistics, will also be rotating through different departments.

The new trainees in administrative roles, such as Michelle Rein and Lea Becker (both Administrative Specialists), will be receiving training under the supervision of Training Officer Kristin Koel. Jan Körmer, another educator in the city, will also be part of this training programme.

As the trainees embark on this new chapter, they were wished a successful start to their professional lives. The City of Nordhorn looks forward to nurturing and guiding these young talents as they grow and contribute to the city's administration.
