MOIA Seeks Senior People Business Partner to Drive Autonomous Mobility Growth
MOIA is expanding its People & Relations team with a new opening for a Senior People Business Partner. The company, currently undergoing a major transformation, is pushing towards scalable and customer-focused autonomous mobility. This role will play a key part in shaping organisational growth during an exciting phase of change.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to people managers within a designated business unit. Their focus will include leading projects in organisational development and change management. Reporting directly to Kati, the VP of People & Relations, they will drive initiatives that support leadership responsibilities and business growth.
The role requires several years of experience in HR or business partnering, ideally within a tech company. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of German labour law, systemic coaching, or international markets—particularly in tech or automotive—would be advantageous. The new hire will join a team of around 20 professionals based in Berlin and Hamburg. This includes colleagues like Helen, Pepe, Jess, Gabija, and Michela, who work across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Business Partnering. As a change agent, the candidate will help guide transformations by communicating key perspectives and optimising outcomes. MOIA offers a competitive salary, hybrid work arrangements, and flexible hours. Additional benefits include mental health support, learning opportunities, and relocation assistance.
This position provides an opportunity to influence MOIA’s evolution in autonomous mobility. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project work in a dynamic environment. Interested applicants must meet the experience and language requirements to contribute effectively.
