Modern Kindergarten for 270 Children Coming to Krasnoyarsk's Oktyabrsky District

A state-of-the-art kindergarten is set to rise in Krasnoyarsk's Oktyabrsky District. The three-story building, to be constructed by SM.CITY, will accommodate 270 children aged 1.5 to 7 years and is expected to open within the next few years in the new city quarter. The kindergarten will feature age-specific zoning. The first floor will house nursery groups for the youngest, aged 2–3. The second floor will accommodate younger and middle groups, while the third floor will be for senior and preparatory groups. Each floor will be easily accessible via an elevator. Safety is a priority. Nursery group doors will be secured with intercoms and electromagnetic locks. An electronic access and staff alert system will be installed throughout the facility. A comprehensive video surveillance system will cover all indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring constant monitoring. The building will be constructed using high-quality, eco-friendly, and durable materials. It will also boast adjustable window blinds and underfloor heating in toddler groups for a comfortable environment. The kindergarten, once opened, will provide a safe, comfortable, and modern learning environment for Krasnoyarsk's youngest residents. The project is being implemented by SM.CITY under a turnkey contract with the city administration, with the building's exterior subject to approval from the Architectural and Urban Planning Commission.
