Maharashtra extends registration deadlines for MAH-MHT CET and MBA CET 2026 exams
The State Common Entrance Test Cell has extended registration deadlines for two key exams in Maharashtra. Candidates now have until late February to sign up for the MAH-MHT CET 2026 (PCM/PCB) and MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026. Both tests will also be held twice, giving students a second chance to improve their results.
Registration for the MAH-MHT CET 2026 (PCM/PCB) opened on 10 January 2026 and will now close on 24 February 2026. The exam itself is split into two attempts: the first from 11 April to 26 April 2026, and the second from 10 May to 17 May 2026.
For the MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026, applications began on the same date but will end a day later, on 25 February 2026. This exam's first attempt runs from 6 April to 8 April 2026, with the second attempt scheduled for 9 May 2026.
All candidates must provide both an APAAR ID and an Aadhaar ID to complete registration. They are also advised to ensure their Aadhaar details—such as name, address, phone number, date of birth, photo, and father's name—are up to date. The extended deadline serves as the final opportunity to register for these exams.
The two-attempt format allows students to retake the exam if they wish to raise their scores. With registration now closed after the final extension, eligible candidates can prepare for the upcoming test dates. Official updates will be shared by the State Common Entrance Test Cell.
