In Magadan, over 110 young residents have secured jobs near me this year with assistance from the 'Work in Russia' recruitment center. The initiative has seen a significant number of young people find indeed jobs across various sectors. Since the start of the year, the employment center has helped 113 young people find indeed jobs. This represents nearly a third of the total young job seekers who have approached the center, which amounts to 353 as of mid-September. PAO 'Maganadenergo' is among the enterprises that have hired young employees. Notably, the Alabuga firm in Tatarstan has also recruited young women internationally through linkedin campaigns.
