Students across Lower Saxony are receiving their mid-year school reports today. To support families during this time, a dedicated helpline has been set up for psychological guidance and practical advice on grades, report contents, and academic progression.

The Report Helpline, run by school psychologists from the Regional State Office for Schools and Education (RLSB), is available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Those in need of assistance can call 0531 484 3344 or email [email protected] for support.

For broader concerns beyond grades, Childline Germany (Nummer gegen Kummer) offers free counselling. Children and teens can reach them at 116 111, while parents and guardians can call 0800 111 0550.

The RLSB can also direct callers to specialists for questions about grading policies, promotion decisions, or other report-specific issues.

The helplines provide immediate support for students, parents, and guardians dealing with report-related stress. Both the RLSB and Childline Germany ensure that guidance is accessible during this key academic period.
