Loveland Officer Graduates FBI Academy

Two law enforcement officers have graduated from the FBI National Academy’s rigorous 11-week training program. Major Luljeta Mehmeti Quigley of the Kosovo Police and an officer from the Loveland Police Department in Colorado completed Session 296, with ceremonies held on December 11, 2025. The achievement highlights their professional growth and the high standards of the academy.

The FBI National Academy, established in 1935, remains a leading institution for executive-level police training. Admission demands a proven record of leadership and service within an officer’s home agency. Only those with strong professional backgrounds are selected for the program.

During **Session 296**, participants underwent advanced training in leadership, communication, and physical fitness. The curriculum is designed to sharpen skills critical for high-level law enforcement roles. Graduates join a network of accomplished officers from across the US and international partners. For the Loveland Police Department, this milestone reflects both individual effort and institutional support. The officer, a leader in the **Criminal Investigations Division**, is known for her decisive approach and dedication to public safety. Her completion of the program aligns her with a select group of Colorado officers who have earned the same distinction. Major **Luljeta Mehmeti Quigley** of the Kosovo Police also successfully finished the demanding course. Her graduation underscores the global reach of the FBI Academy’s training initiatives.

The December 11 ceremony marked the formal recognition of these officers’ hard work. Their training equips them with enhanced leadership abilities and specialised knowledge. Both will now apply these skills within their respective agencies, contributing to improved policing standards in their communities.
