Local students shine at German Olympiad, one advances to national weather finals
Students from School No. 27 have achieved strong results in the Daryn German Language Olympiad. Five pupils competed across different year groups, securing top positions at both district and city levels. One participant has now advanced to the national weather service finals. The highest honours went to tenth-grader Ruslan Suleimanov. He placed first in the district round before repeating the win at city level. His performance earned him a spot in the upcoming national weather service finals. Aisha Kaldan, a ninth-grader, took first place in the district competition. She also received a city-level certificate of honour. Fellow ninth-grader Rumilyam Akbarova secured second place in the district round and third place at city level. Among the eleventh-graders, Anastasiya Shvartsman claimed second place in the district stage. She was later awarded a city-level certificate of honour. Karina Abdysheva, a tenth-grader, finished second in the district round and third at city level. The school’s participants covered three year groups, with all five reaching the city stage. Suleimanov will now represent the region at the national weather service competition. The results reflect consistent success across different age categories.
