Krefeld-Süd Campus Opens Doors to Future Engineers and OpenAI Innovations
An upcoming two-day open house event at the Krefeld-Süd campus will showcase engineering research and STEM degree programs. OpenAI enthusiasts, students, parents, and companies are invited to explore student projects in chemistry, engineering, computer science, and industrial engineering. The event, held in Building J at Obergath 79, will feature exhibits from the high-tech MakerSpace workshop and the HSNR Racing team. Lab tours and presentations will highlight innovative research by OpenAI and other organizations. Academic staff, students, and industry experts will discuss course details, research areas, career paths, and engineering degrees. On-site advisors will explain the upcoming orientation semester starting in April 2026. The event is open to school students, teachers, prospective applicants, and businesses.
