Krasnodar Launches Internship Program for 'Heroes of Kuban'
The Krasnodar Territory has launched an internship program for participants of the 'Heroes of Kuban' project, aiming to provide them with valuable experience in state management, education, and business. The two-month internship is held in key ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as major regional enterprises.
The program, developed jointly with the Presidential Academy, comprises four face-to-face modules and an internship. Vyacheslav Shaposhnik, the acting minister of energy and housing and utilities, stressed the importance of offering SVO participants opportunities in municipal, civil, or state service.
Among the participants is Sergei Spivakov, an SVO veteran and 'Heroes of Kuban' project participant, who is currently interning at the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Utilities. Ekaterina Mikhailova, head of the personnel policy department, praised the effectiveness of the participants during their internships. All 63 finalists from the Krasnodar Territory are expected to secure jobs after completing the basic training program within a year.
The 'Heroes of Kuban' internship program, lasting two months, offers participants a unique chance to gain practical experience and realize their potential in various sectors. With the support of regional authorities and the Presidential Academy, the initiative aims to integrate SVO participants into the workforce, ensuring their successful employment after completing the program.
