Krasnodar Krai Celebrates Rising Stars in Annual 'Pedagogical Debut' Contest

The All-Russian 'Pedagogical Debut' Contest has once again showcased the talents of young educators in Krasnodar Krai. This year's event recognized outstanding teachers, preschool instructors, and additional education specialists, all with no more than three years of experience. The competition, running since 2016, continues to support professional growth and knowledge-sharing among new educators.

The contest, held annually in the region, has attracted over 1,000 participants in its 11-year history. This year's winners included Yekaterina Nikiforova, an English teacher at School No. 17 in Pavlovsky District, who took first place in the 'Young Teacher' category. Anastasia Chepurnaya, a kindergarten teacher from Timashevsky District, won the 'Young Preschool Educator' award. Miroslava Vaskyevich, an educator at the Krasnodar Children's Creativity Center 'Young Technician,' secured victory in the 'Young Additional Education Teacher' category.

Six other educators received runner-up prizes, each earning diplomas, cash rewards, and vouchers for a stay at the 'Rassvet' trade union sanatorium. Yelena Vorobyova, Minister of Education and Science of Krasnodar Krai, emphasized the contest's role in motivating early-career teachers. The event remains a key platform for identifying and nurturing promising talent in the region's education sector.

The winners of this year's 'Pedagogical Debut' Contest have been recognized for their dedication and skill. Their achievements reflect the contest's ongoing mission to support and inspire young educators. The prizes, including diplomas and sanatorium vouchers, aim to encourage further professional development.
