Korea University and Haemil School unite to empower multicultural youth
Korea University (KU) has signed a partnership with Haemil School to support multicultural students. The agreement will introduce mentoring programmes and talent development camps. Both institutions aim to create more opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds.
Under the new deal, KU students will act as mentors to pupils at Haemil School. The programmes will include joint mentoring sessions and specialised camps focused on skill development.
KU has also promised to expand education access for multicultural students. Haemil School Chairman Kim, who comes from a multicultural background himself, has spoken about his desire to serve as a role model. Meanwhile, KU President Kim expressed hope that the partnership would help these students achieve their full potential.
The collaboration will see KU and Haemil School working together on long-term initiatives. Multicultural youth will gain access to mentorship, camps, and broader educational support. The first joint programmes are expected to begin in the coming months.
