Komi’s Career Hub Opens 1,800+ Jobs With No Experience Needed

The Rabota Rossii career advice centre in the Republic of Komi is helping young people and job seekers find jobs. With over 1,800 vacancies available, many roles require little to no prior experience. The centre also provides career guidance, training, and support for those entering the job market.

The centre offers a range of services designed for students, graduates, and young parents. These include vocational counselling, skills training, and internship opportunities. Job seekers can also access 'My Resume' and 'My Interview' programmes to prepare for employment.

Over 50 positions come with flexible working hours, while around 150 offer part-time arrangements. Temporary jobs for graduates are available, with financial backing from the employment service. The centre further supports vocational training through the Kadry (Personnel) project. All vacancies are listed on the Rabota Rossii portal, ensuring up-to-date and reliable job listings. Job fairs are regularly held to connect employers directly with candidates. Irina Rybina, the centre’s director, highlights its broader mission beyond job listings—focusing on long-term professional development.

The Rabota Rossii centre continues to expand opportunities for young job seekers in Komi. Its mix of career guidance, training, and flexible job listings aims to ease entry into the workforce. The services remain accessible through the online portal and in-person events.
