Koblenz Launches Free Summer Lecture Series on Mindfulness and Well-Being
A new Thursday lecture series will take place in Koblenz during the summer of 2026. Organised by the city’s Office for Gender Equality and the Koblenz City Library, the events will cover topics like mindfulness, time management, and personal well-being. Tickets go on sale in mid-June, with discounts available for younger attendees.
The series will run across four evenings in July and August. Each session begins at 5:00 PM at the City Library on Zentralplatz. Speakers include Beatrix Sieben, Anke Brühl-Tschuck, Juliane Berg, and Helga Montag, each leading discussions on different self-improvement themes.
Topics will range from practical skills to mental well-being. 'Boosting Time Management Through Self-Management' and 'Mindfulness: The Power That Brings Clarity' are among the scheduled talks. Other sessions will focus on 'Breath and Voice' as well as 'Relaxed, Happy, and Content'. Tickets cost €4 and will be sold at the library from June 15. Under-18s can attend for free, making the series accessible to a wider audience. The library’s regular opening hours will apply for ticket purchases.
The lecture series aims to provide practical tools for personal development. With four sessions planned, attendees can explore different aspects of self-care and productivity. Tickets become available in June, with the first event set for July.
